Mrs. Rivas, a licensed and bilingual clinical social worker working in the nonprofit sector for over 13 year's experience. She has worked in diverse range of settings for example, with LGBTQ+ individuals, people who suffer from substance abuse issues and survivors of sexual assault, and partners who have been victimized. She. Rivas began serving Erie residents in the year 2019. She is currently offering Telehealth Behavioral Health services. Ms. Rivas, who is a member of the Behavioral Healthcare Perinatal team that works with postpartum and prenatal women, provides trauma-informed therapy for adults and specializes on the use of trauma-informed treatments. She provides Group and Individual Therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment referral to specialty care, as well as a Women's Support group. Amanda assists in finding shelters for pets in need as a Best Friends Animal Society volunteer.
